Our team in Sprintty is looking for a Technical Support Specialist/Account Manager who would work with our customers and support them in the management of their accounts as a true Power-User of our platform, capable to assist in a variety of aspects, providing advice on all the tools, features and advantages.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day customer support on the platform
- Management of our customers' accounts (settings, functions, reporting etc.)
- Technical support in uploading video-content, assistance in launching live streams
- Video-content management
- Maintaining and updating customer account information
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Providing best-in-class customer service for a seamless and exceptional user experience
Qualifications
- Similar account management experience in technical customer support related to tech products
- Advanced in English & Russian (Spanish would be an advantage)
- Customer-centric approach, openness and accessibility
- Ability to work independently with high responsibility for results
Ideally:
- Experience in live video streams support
- Knowledge of what digital video, codec, bitrate are, and how they affect the quality of video
