Sales manager

Our company offers the best video technology on the market for launching your own platform and instant video content monetization (SaaS model).

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with IT product sales experience in international markets to significantly increase our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct "warm" and "cold" B2B sales of company products, including OTT platforms and mobile platform apps, to clients in international markets (USA, Europe, and other countries).
  • Identify potential clients based on industry and category profiles.
  • Conduct online meetings and calls with clients to demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Identify and understand client needs, and communicate the value of our products.
  • Close deals: sign contracts and track payments from clients (working closely with the operations department).
  • Lead the preparation of client presentations, commercial proposals, and any necessary marketing and informational materials.
  • Manage client relationships and development, including up-sales.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly sales planning and work according to regulations.
  • Maintain a database of leads and deals in the company's CRM.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling complex B2B IT products and/or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling similar products in international markets, with a priority on the US market.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CHURN RATE, MRR, LTV, CAC, etc.
  • Experience in "cold" sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and find an individual approach to each client.
  • High level of goal setting and self-organization.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, at least at C1 level.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Established client contact base in similar products/areas.
